Manufacturing Verification Sequence

From document control to final inspection — every stage is logged.

Chibo's quality system runs as a fixed sequence across every production order, from engineering documentation through to dispatch.

  1. Stage 01

    Control of Documents & Records

Drawing and specification versions are controlled and matched to the product before production release, with records maintained for full traceability.

  2. Stage 02

    6S Workshop Readiness

Site organization, consolidation, sweeping, cleaning, quality and safety checks are run on the workshop floor ahead of each build.

  3. Stage 03

    Inspection of Raw Materials

Incoming material and supplier appearance/characteristics checks, with active supplier management to keep input quality consistent.

  4. Stage 04

    Process Control

In-process and final inspection at each manufacturing step, confirming compliance with the applicable GB/IEC standard at every checkpoint.

  5. Stage 05

    Calibration of Test Equipment

Configuration, calibration cycle, and maintenance of inspection and measuring equipment is controlled so test results stay accurate and standard-compliant.

  6. Stage 06

    Treatment of Unqualified Products

A defined procedure for analysis, processing, and retrospective tracking of any deficient purchase, non-conforming product, or customer complaint.

  7. Stage 07 — Final

    Final Inspection & Factory Acceptance

Final inspection confirms each unit's testing is complete and compliant before release; results feed regular quality-improvement review meetings.
